The subject property lies between Captain’s Bay and Junks Hole Bay towards the eastern end of the island. This area is generally undeveloped and is some distance away from the northeast coast of the island. In addition, the area has views of the Junks Hole and the Caribbean Sea to the south, the hills of St Martin and the village of East End. The site measures approximately 650 feet by 290 feet wide and has a 30 feet access reserved. The surface of the site is mainly of exposed limestone that affords adequate drainage and a good bearing stratum for building development.
