The site measures approximately 820 feet by 460 feet wide and is accessed by a 50 feet right of way along its southern boundary. The site has low-lying shrubs thereon.
AREA ANALYSIS: The property is located in the Windward Point area. This area is generally undeveloped and is located on the north coast of the island with views of the Atlantic Ocean to the north and Scrub Island to the east.
