The site, just west of Captain’s Bay area at 18°15'44.93"N and 62°59'4.04"W, is rectangular in shape sloping gently from south to north toward the coast. The site measures approximately 820 feet by 460 feet wide and is accessed by a 50 feet right of way along its southern boundary. The site has low-lying shrubs thereon.

AREA ANALYSIS: The property is located in the Windward Point area. This area is generally undeveloped and is located on the north coast of the island with views of the Atlantic Ocean to the north and Scrub Island to the east. Access is via a marl road main road through the area that links from both Junks Hole and Captains Ridge.
